menu and becomes the cheapest hot food in the building at any hour, available while every other
board is priced two or three dollars higher for a comparable meal.
The naming takes a minute to learn and the bread only items confuse almost everyone the first
time. Once past that, this is the section most worth knowing on the whole menu.

The names, decoded
Three of these are the same sandwich on different bread.
Shmuffin is the English muffin build at $3.79,
Shmagel is the bagel at $4.39, and
Shmiscuit is the biscuit at $3.79. Pick by preference,
because the fillings are identical.
The confusing part is the bread only line. Items like Pretzel Roll Sub appear at
$4.69, which looks like a mistake next to a
$3.79 sandwich until you realise it is the bread on its own.
Order the sandwich build unless you genuinely want a roll.
Where the value is
The burritos. Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Burrito at
$3.19 and 269 calories is the cheapest filling hot item on the section,
and the recurring two for offer on classic breakfast burritos puts a pair inside six dollars.
For two people that is the cheapest hot breakfast Sheetz sells.
After that, the sandwich builds. Under four dollars for a made to order hot sandwich at
150 calories is competitive with anywhere, and it is available at 11 PM.
Paired with a self serve coffee at $2.49 the whole stop stays under six.
The bigger builds
Classic Breakfast Platter at $6.69 and 673 calories is the sit down option,
with eggs, hashbrowns, a protein and bread. It is the most food on this section and the
calorie figure reflects it.
Breakfast Quesadilla at $4.39 and 954 calories and
Breakfast Toasty-Rito at $7.00 sit between the
sandwiches and the platter. Both travel well, which makes them the better pick if the stop is
mid journey.
The breakfast Flatz is the underrated one.
Made To Order Breakfast Pizza Flatz at
$5.99 is a full meal and it crosses over onto
the Flatz board as well.
Eating light from this section
Breakfast has some of the lowest published counts on the menu.

It is the best value section on the menu and it is available at every hour, which is a genuinely
unusual combination. A made to order hot sandwich under four dollars, or two burritos inside six,
beats almost any comparable option and there is no time restriction on ordering it.
The thing to actually do with this information is stop treating it as a morning menu. A late night
stop built from this board rather than the burger board costs several dollars less for a similar
amount of food, at any hour of the night. Our
