The Sheetz App Guide
The Sheetz app does four separate jobs, and most people only use one of them. Ordering ahead is the obvious one. Loyalty, SheetzGO self scanning and paying at the pump are the three that quietly change how a stop works, and none of them are explained anywhere obvious.
Updated 15 August 2026Four features, four different reasons to open it
Each one is useful on its own, and most people never find the last two.
Order ahead
The full made to order board at in store prices. Pick a store, pick a time, collect in store or curbside where offered.
MySheetz Rewardz
Five points per dollar, monthly offers loaded to your account, and three cents a gallon off fuel from the day you join.
SheetzGO!
Scan barcodes or an MTO receipt yourself, pay in the app and walk out. Skips the register queue entirely.
Pump and pay
Authorise and pay for fuel from the app at the pump, with the member discount applied automatically.
Getting the app working properly
Five minutes once, and the two most valuable settings are in steps three and four.
- 01
Download and create an account
Free on both app stores. The account is what carries points, offers and saved payment.
- 02
Link or create your loyalty account
If you already have a physical card, link it so existing points carry over rather than starting a second balance.
- 03
Add a payment method
This unlocks ordering ahead, SheetzGO and pay at pump. Without it the app is a menu viewer.
- 04
Set your home store
Prices and availability are set per store, so the app shows you the right board and the right pickup times once this is set.
- 05
Check the offers tab monthly
Offers load to your account and do nothing until added. This one step is where most unused value sits.
- 06
Turn on location if you use pay at pump
The pump flow needs to know which site you are at. Without it you fall back to entering a pump number by hand.
What changes when you order in the app
The short version: same prices, same kitchen, fewer queues.
| In store kiosk | Sheetz app | |
|---|---|---|
| Menu prices | Board price | Board price |
| Full customisation | Yes | Yes |
| Order in advance | No | Yes |
| Schedule a pickup time | No | Yes |
| Curbside pickup | No | At participating stores |
| Points earn | Yes, when scanned | Yes, automatically |
| Monthly offers | Yes, if added in app first | Yes |
The app is the only place the monthly offers can be added, whichever way you then pay.
The builds worth ordering ahead
Anything that takes the kitchen a while is the strongest case for ordering before you arrive.

SheetzGO is the underused one
Ordering ahead is the feature everyone finds. SheetzGO is the one that changes a stop the most. Scan the barcode on anything you pick up, or scan an MTO or coffee receipt, pay in the app and leave. On a busy morning that removes the only queue that was ever the problem.
The second underused piece is scheduling. The app lets you set a pickup time rather than joining the live queue, which means a large order can be timed for the quiet mid morning window instead of landing in the middle of the lunch rush.
Neither of those saves money directly. What they save is the ten minutes that make people drive past. If cost is the concern instead, the rewards page covers what the points are worth and the deals page covers what repeats.
Prices come from the Sheetz ordering system for a Pennsylvania reference store and vary by location. Calorie counts are the values Sheetz publishes for the base build. Updated 15 August 2026. Found something wrong? Tell us.
