Tell us what we got wrong

A menu this size moves constantly, and readers catch things before we do. Corrections are the most valuable message that reaches this inbox, and they are the first ones we act on.

What this inbox is for

A price looks wrong

The single most useful message we get. Tell us the item, the price on the receipt and the store city.

An item is gone

Seasonal runs end faster than a weekly refresh catches. A heads up gets it pulled sooner.

Something is missing

A section we have not covered, a size option we skipped, a question our pages never answer.

Feedback on the tools

The calculators are ours and we change them. Tell us what is awkward and it usually gets fixed.

Send a message

Include the item name and your store's city if you are reporting a price. That one detail is the difference between a fix on the next refresh and a message we cannot verify.

Email us directly at hello@thesheetzmenus.com and put the item name in the subject line.

Answers

Before you write

How fast do you reply?
Most messages get a reply within three working days. Price corrections are handled first because they affect what other readers see, and a correction can land on the site before the reply reaches you.
Can you help with a Sheetz order or refund?
No, and it would be unfair to pretend otherwise. We have no access to Sheetz accounts, orders, rewards balances or store systems. Anything to do with a real transaction goes to Sheetz through the app or sheetz.com.
What makes a correction easy to act on?
Three things: the exact item name as it appears on our page, the price or calorie figure you saw in store, and the store city and state. With those we can check the source and fix the row. Without the location we usually cannot tell a regional price from an error.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. We do not publish sponsored articles, paid placements or guest posts, and we do not sell links inside our guides. Pitches of that kind are not answered.
Can I use your tables on my own site?
Short quotes with a link back are fine. Copying whole tables is not, because the data is collected and maintained at our own cost. If you want to reference the data at scale, write and ask first.
